2010 DivotCard update - January 14, 2010:  Our Kentuckiana & Columbus DivotCards are available for online purchase.  To proceed, please select either "Louisville" or "Columbus" in the drop-down tab below.  Our agreements with our Cincinnati courses are nearly complete, and we anticipate having that card ready in early February.  Thank you for your interest and enthusiasm...  Once it is ready, we will be sending out an email notification, and updating this site accordingly.
